The 1984 NCAA Division III women's basketball tournament was the third annual tournament hosted by the NCAA to determine the national champion of Division III women's collegiate basketball in the United States.[1]
Rust defeated Elizabethtown in the championship game, 51–49, to claim the Bearcats' first Division III national title.
