The 2021–22 Kosovo Basketball SuperLeague was the 28rd season of the Kosovo Basketball Superleague. The season started on September 14, 2021, and ended on June 2, 2022.[1] KB Ylli won its second title.

Teams

KB Drita has been promoted to the league after winning 2021–22 Kosovo Basketball First League. KB Drita who finished in last place relegated not being able to win one game.

KB Rahoveci defeated KB Prishtina e Re in the play-out. In the second game Musab Mala completed a triple-double(32 points, 10 rebounds, 15 assists).[2]
