The 2024 OFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament will be the 5th edition of the OFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament, the quadrennial international football competition organized by the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) to determine which women's national teams from Oceania qualify for the Olympic football tournament. The tournament will consist of eight teams and be played from 7-19 February.[1]

Teams

The draw for the tournament was held on 23 November 2023.[1] The eight teams who entered qualification were ranked according to the August 2023 FIFA Women's World Ranking, with the top two nations allocated to Pot A, the next four teams to Pot B, and the final two teams to Pot C. Teams were drawn from Pot C to the fourth position in groups A and B, respectively. Then teams were drawn from Pot B into the third position in each group, then the second position in each group. Finally, the teams in Pot A were drawn into the first position in each group.[2]
