The 16th Army Aviation Brigade Brody (Ukrainian: 16-та окрема бригада армійської авіації Броди) is a brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.[1]
History
The brigade initially started its service as the 119th Helicopter Regiment of the 13th Army.[2] However, it was later relocated to the 38th Army Corps.[3] On August 26, 2004, the regiment underwent restructuring and became a Brigade.[4] The following year, in 2005, the Brigade was moved to the 8th Army Corps, and it has been a part of this corps ever since.[1]
