The Lynn Redgrave Theater was an Off-Broadway theater located in Manhattan, New York City, New York, that was previously known a the Bleecker Street Theater and 45 Bleecker Street Theater.

The theater name was changed in honor of actress Lynn Redgrave in 2013.[1][2][3][4][5]

As of 2023, the building is for sale, with a reported asking amount of $USD 50,000,000.[6]
