Rook Blonko is a Revonnahgander Plumber from the planet Revonnah, who serves as Ben's partner throughout Omniverse after Gwen and Kevin leave the team. He has advanced combat knowledge and wields the multi-purpose Proto-Tool.

Heatblast is a Pyronite, a plasma-based humanoid from the planet-like star Pyros. He is a fire-based entity with the main ability of pyrokinesis. He is also known to be Ben's first alien transformation after he attained the Omnitrix at 10 years old.

XLR8 (pronounced "accelerate") is a Kineceleran, a blue-black velociraptor-like humanoid from the stormy planet Kinet. His main ability is superhuman speed, capable of manipulating his friction and reaching speeds of up to 500 mph. He is Ben's fastest alien transformation on foot.
Wildmutt

Wildmutt is a Vulpimancer, a large orange dog-like creature without eyes from the planet Vulpin. His main ability is his enhanced senses, which act as a form of vision, much like a thermograph. He is additionally incapable of speech, though this is not the case in his Ultimate form.

Diamondhead is a Petrosapien, a silicon-based crystal humanoid from the planet Petropia. His main ability is crystallokinesis (control over crystal).
In the classic continuity, Diamondhead's species share the same planet with the Crystalsapiens (Chromastone's species).
Ghostfreak

Ghostfreak is a Ectonurite, a ghost-like alien from the planet Anur Phaetos in the Anur System. He has many abilities, the most common being intangibility and possession. He is one of Ben's least favorite aliens since his DNA was sampled from the villain Zs'Skayr, who was at one point sealed in the Omnitrix before escaping. Like a normal ghost, he prefers the dark, being weak against very bright light.

Grey Matter is a Galvan, a small gray frog-like alien from the planet Galvan Prime. His main ability is his very high intelligence, which enables him to work with any type of technology, solve very complex problems, and build complex machinery from little spare parts. He is Ben's smartest alien transformation as he is the only alien form except Azmuth who truly knows about the Omnitrix's inner workings.

Upgrade is a Galvanic Mechamorph, a techno-organic, blob-like humanoid from Galvan Prime's moon Galvan B. His main ability is technological possession. His species was created accidentally by Azmuth during a Helix experiment on the moon.
In the reboot series, Ben eventually lost Upgrade after using him to upgrade the Omnitrix and defeat Vilgax. Subsequently, the remaining part of his DNA fused with Ben's own and became a separate entity, Glitch.
Stinkfly

Stinkfly is a Lepidopterran, an insectoid alien from the planet Lepidopterra. His main abilities are flight and slime generation. In the reboot, Stinkfly has a heavily altered appearance, resembling a humanoid blue dragonfly.

Wildvine is a Florauna, a plant-like humanoid from the planet Flora Verdance. His main ability is plant manipulation, as well as having pods on his back which he can use as explosives or smoke bombs.

Professor Paradox

Professor Paradox is a character who debuts in Alien Force and later appears in Ultimate Alien and Omniverse. Following a lab accident, he was displaced from space and time for millennia, eventually gaining complete understanding and control over it. Unable to remember his original name, he took the moniker "Professor Paradox".
Azmuth

Azmuth, also known as the "First Thinker", is a Galvan scientist and creator of the Omnitrix as well as the sword Ascalon. He is a recurring ally to Ben, in spite of being asocial and apathetic. He is considered by many (including Professor Paradox & Max Tennyson) to be the smartest in the universe but according to him he is actually the smartest in three galaxies, arguably five; and 2nd smartest in 11 galaxies.
Kai Green
Voiced by: Bettina Bush
Kai Green is the granddaughter of veteran plumber Wes Green, and Ben's second love interest. She is introduced in Ben 10 on the episode "Benwolf" when the Tennysons visited Asia and bumped into her & her grandfather Wes. In Omniverse, they interact more often. Her & Ben are considered to be a couple in the future by Chrono Spanner, who is their son Ken in the future.

Vilgax

Vilgax is a Chimera Sui Generis warlord from the planet Vilgaxia, and the archenemy of Ben. His main goal is to obtain the Omnitrix to rule the universe using an army of droids equipped with its transformation abilities. He is additionally served by an army of robot henchmen and the alien Psyphon.
In the reboot continuity, Vilgax is Azmuth's former assistant, who stole the Omnitrix from him and used it for universal conquest. However, Azmuth managed to drain half of Vilgax's DNA and put it into the Omnitrix, leaving him powerless until he recovered his full power from Ben years later.
Charmcaster

Charmcaster, real name Hope, is a sorceress from the magical dimension of Ledgerdomain who was raised by her uncle, Hex, after her father Spellbinder was killed by the villain Addwaitya. Though primarily an antagonist, she has occasionally taken on a more neutral or anti-heroic role.
In the reboot continuity, Charmcaster is a normal human, named Heather, whose magic is derived from one of Hex's spellbooks.
Hex
Voiced by:

Hex is Charmcaster's uncle, whom she has a strained relationship with, though they do genuinely care for each other. Initially introduced as a villain, he later reformed offscreen and became a teacher at Friedkin University as of Omniverse.
In the reboot continuity, Hex is at least 10,000 years old, having regularly restored his youth and powers using special pools of light. Additionally, he is not from another dimension and is a normal human.[4]
