Eduard Zeinalov (Ukrainian: Едуард Джангірович Зейналов) (21 July 1963 in Oleksandria) is a Ukrainian politician. He was an authorized representative in Kirovohrad Oblast for the presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko.
