Jenny Jefferies is a cookbook author, local radio presenter and farming columnist based in South Cambridgeshire.

Work

Jefferies writes a monthly food blog for the Farmers Guardian featuring recipes like Norfolk Lamb Moussaka and Strawberry Flan. She writes a bi-monthly article for the Country & Town House online magazine. Examples of her column include "Farm Diversification" and "Organic September".[1] She writes for Rural Life magazine, featuring recipes from her cookbooks. She presents her own radio show at Black Cat Radio, a local Cambridgeshire radio station.[2]

As well as the articles Jefferies writes herself, she has received recognition for her endeavours. This includes articles by The Sunday Post,[3] Chatting Food online magazine,[4] The Hunts Post,[5] That's Farming magazine[6] and Kids Country online magazine.[7]
