Kamareddy Assembly constituency is a constituency of Telangana Legislative Assembly, India. It is one of four constituencies in Kamareddy district. It is part of the Zahirabad Lok Sabha constituency.
K. V. Ramana Reddy of Bharatiya Janata Party won the election in 2023 defeating K. Chandrashekar Rao, former chief minister of Telangana and Revanth Reddy, TPCC president and the current Chief Minister of Telangana.
