This is a list of seasons completed by the Pampanga Giant Lanterns franchise. The team was established as part of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League's (MPBL) national expansion in the 2018–19 season. As of 2023, Pampanga has appeared in the MPBL Finals once.[1]
