Nathnagar comprises CD Blocks Nathnagar & Sabour; Gram Panchayats Puraini North, Puraini South, Baluachak Puraini, Sanholi, Baijani, Khiribandh, Jamani, Saino, Bhawanipur Desri, Chandapur, Jagdishpur, Sonuchak-Puraini, Imampur, Shajangi cense town & Habibpur Nagar Panchayat of Jagdishpur CD Block.[2]
