(Office 1) is an International franchise company established in Florida, USA and currently present in 27 countries – Bulgaria, France and Greece and more and with over 600 Locations. Office 1 was founded in 1989 by Mark Baccash. On February 20, 2018, Panda Cooperation officially acquired all the trademark rights of the Office 1 Superstore portfolio. From a major franchisee in Bulgaria, Panda Cooperation becomes the sole owner and representative of Office 1, Office 1 Superstore, Office 1 Superstore International and Office 1 e-shop brands worldwide.
