A car of the Penang Hill Railway in Malaysia traverses the upper portion of the viaduct in 2006. In 2010 and 2011 this 2,220-metre long (1.38 mi) line was upgraded with new rolling stock and track connections between the upper and lower segments to allow non-stop service between its endpoints.
