History

The College was established in March 4, 1983 by the late founder, Atty. Arturo Arturo A. Sebastian. The institution has three (3) academic campuses located strategically in the heart of Iloilo City and in the Southern part of Iloilo province, namely, the ST-MTCC Magdalo Site in La Paz, Iloilo City, and ST-MTCC La Fiesta Site in Molo, Iloilo City and the ST-MTCC Tigbauan Site in Brgy. Tan Pael, Tigbauan, Iloilo.
