Mashroom Ltd is an online lettings service and parent company of Tepilo.com and Emoov.co.uk. Founded in 2018, it purchased Emoov & Tepilo to complement its online lettings platform in 2019.
Group History
Mashroom was founded by Stepan Dobrovolskiy in February 2018. In March 2018, Tepilo was sold to Emoov and became a subsidiary of Emoov. Emoov subsequently went into administration in December 2018. The Emoov brand was acquired by Mashroom Ltd. in December 2018.
