上海市政廳，可以指：
- 上海城廂內外總工程局，1911年11月由上海城自治公所改組而成的一個士紳地方自治機關，1914年3月停止運作。
- 上海公共租界工部局，1854年小刀會起義後，上海英租界、法租界、美租界合併成上海公共租界而成立的統一管治機構。1943年汪精衛政府接收租界後停止運作。
