化石集團
化石集團（英語：）是一個美國服裝品牌，也銷售手錶和珠寶等首飾。其總部位于德克薩斯州理查森，[5] 而公司的名稱則來自創始人科斯塔（Kosta）兄弟對其父親的暱稱。[6] 該公司成立于1984年，現已在納斯達克上市。除去化石（Fossil）牌外，旗下還包含Relic、Abacus、Michele Watch & Now Coach NY、Skagen及Zodiac Watches等品牌。2015年11月13日該公司以2.6億美元全資收購可穿戴智慧硬體創業公司Misfit Wearables。截至2017年4月1日化石集团长期债务達5.897亿美元，而穆迪更在前一月下调了其担保信贷评级[7]。
