醫學遺傳學（英語：）是將遺傳學應用於醫學的科學，研究領域涵及臨床遺傳學（clinical genetics）、生化遺傳學（biochemical genetics）、細胞遺傳學（cytogenetics）、常見疾病的遺傳學（例如神經管缺陷）等學科。
醫學遺傳學一定會在醫學上應用。
