萨马拉州（俄语：，羅馬化：）是俄羅斯聯邦主體之一，屬伏爾加聯邦管區。位於東歐平原東南部，伏爾加河在西部流過。面積53,600平方公里，人口3,239,737（2002年）。首府萨马拉位於伏爾加河岸。成立於1936年12月5日。
