哦，苏珊娜（英語：），又译噢，苏珊娜，是由美国作曲家史蒂芬·福斯特于1847年所编写的一首英文乡村民谣，1848年发布，并曾经风靡全球。它不但是史蒂芬·福斯特所著的最有名的歌曲之一，也是历史上最有名和最流行的美国歌曲之一。“哦，苏珊娜”有时亦被视为兒歌。歌名中的“蘇珊娜”可能是史蒂芬·福斯特的姐姐，夏洛特·蘇珊娜·福斯特(Charlotte "Susanna" Foster, 1809-1829)，她在史蒂夫·福斯特三歲時病逝。

在这首歌曲出现之前，没有哪个美国歌曲能够卖出5000份，而《哦，苏珊娜》则售出超过10万份，可见其当年的流行程度。几乎与此同时，美国西部发现金矿，到1849年大批淘金者就是唱着这支生动、活泼的歌直奔加利福尼亚的。后来这首歌曲又飘洋过海，传到了整个世界，并受到各国人民的喜爱。

华语改编

1932年，該歌曲傳入中國，由音樂人黎錦暉作詞改編為中文歌曲《蘇三不要哭》。歌詞中的地名也改成了中國地名，並加入了一些符合中國歷史環境的新內容，人名也由蘇珊娜音譯成了中文名蘇三（與傳統戲曲《玉堂春》里的蘇三並非同一人）。演唱者為王人美。1961年的粤剧电影《戆姑爷》中姐妹相认的桥段也使用了这段旋律。粤剧《伶仃洋》和《刁蛮公主》也用到了这段旋律。

香港歌手許冠傑曾將此曲改編為粵語流行曲《有酒今朝醉》。而香港填詞人鄭國江亦將此曲改編為兒歌《齊齊望過去》（1971）和《童年極有趣》（1991）。此曲亦被改编为贺年歌《齐齐贺下你》（粤语）、《齐声恭喜你》（国语）。

中国大陆冷饮品牌蜜雪冰城将这首歌改编成品牌宣传曲，并发布于视频网站bilibili，因魔性的动画和朗朗上口的旋律和歌词，一时间在青年群体中广泛热议，并在bilibili、抖音短視頻和新浪微博等社交平台上都出现许多創作[1]。

2022年於中國大陸推出的防疫歌曲《做酸酸》亦是改編自此首歌曲。

有人也曾把李煜的《浪淘沙令·簾外雨潺潺》用此曲的韻律唱出來。(國語)
