访问喀麦隆的游客必须获得喀麦隆驻外机构之一签发的签证，除非他们来自其中一个免签证国家。

免签证待遇

以下7个国家的公民可以在没有签证的情况下访问喀麦隆，最长可达90天[1][2][3]：

1 – 仅限普通护照持有人免签证入境[4]

非普通护照

此外，以下国家的外交或公务类护照持有人进入喀麦隆时不需要签证，其停留时间不超过以下所列：

2 – 仅限外交护照持有人免签证入境[4]

落地签

持有外交和公务护照的人如果有特派任务令和回程机票，可在抵达时获得签证。

过境免签

在没有离开机场的情况下，旅客可以在24小时内通过相同或第一架中转飞机继续旅行，无需签证。

所有前往喀麦隆的游客都需要接种黄热病证明[7]。
