《回憶總是溫柔的》（副標題：林憶蓮精選 I）是香港女歌手林憶蓮的一張精選專輯，與《回憶總是跳躍的》同屬一個系列， 於1991年6月至8月即她首次大型個人演唱會前後推出。此張精選專輯匯集了多首她的經典慢歌，亦特別收錄TVB劇集《夢裡伊人》插曲〈天地再生〉。另外，此張精選專輯所收錄的〈前塵〉與《Faces & Places》專輯內版本的編曲略有不同。
