多元共融

[1]多公包通常是指多元（Diversity）、公平（Equity）以及共融（Inclusion）三個詞的簡稱，英文DEI，指尋求促進「所有人的公平待遇和充分參與」的組織框架，特別是基於身份认同或身心障礙的「歷來代表性不足或受到歧視」的群體[2]。多元、公平、共融這三個概念共同代表了組織尋求通過DEI框架將其制度化的「緊密相連價值觀」[3][4]。多元共融這一概念已應用在職場之上[5]

  • 在英國，是用平等（Equality）來代替「公平」（Equity）的概念：「平等、多元、共融」，簡稱EDI[6][7][8]
  • 在DEI的基礎上增加歸屬感（Belonging），簡稱DEIB[9][10][11]
  • 增加正義（Justice），簡稱JEDI或EDIJ[12][13]
