失去中国

失去中国（Loss of China）在美国政治语境中指1949年中国共产党意外从美国支持的中国国民党手中接管中国大陆，也因此将“中国投入共产主义阵营”。[1][2]此话题随后在麦卡锡主义时期备受关注，在美国学术界一直是倍受爭議的議題。
