头状四照花（学名：）为山茱萸科山茱萸属的植物。分布于尼泊尔、印度、巴基斯坦以及中国大陆的浙江、贵州、湖北、云南、四川、西藏、广西等地，生长于海拔1,300米至3,150米的地区，常生长在混交林中。
