姐妹学院

哈佛大学和耶鲁大学，牛津大学和剑桥大学有把住宿学院结成姐妹学院的传统。[1][2][3] 这种姐妹学院有着象征意义。学生通常可以在访问对方大学时住在姐妹学院内。
