常務秘書

常務秘書（也稱為首席秘書）是一個部門或部委的最高級別公務員，[1]負責管理該部門或部委的日常活動。常務秘書是一個政府部門或部委的非政務官之中的首席執行官，他們通常在一個政府部門或部委任職多年（因此是“常務”）。[2]
