拉爾 (本特海姆)

拉爾（德語：Laar）是位於德國下薩克森州本特海姆縣的一座城鎮，人口約2,100人。拉爾這個名称来自古荷兰语，意思是“树林中的空地”。當地有3個堂区。當地靠近德國與荷蘭的邊境。
