日蝕大賽
英國日蝕大賽（英語：）是一場開放給三歲或以上馬匹參與的平地國際一級賽。每年七月初在沙丘園馬場舉行，路程為1哩1化郎209碼（1990米）。

歷史
賽事是為紀念18世紀名駒日蝕而設立，首屆在1886年舉行，冠軍馬是Bendigo。其時，日蝕大賽是英國史上獎金最高的賽事[1]，銀行家Leopold de Rothschild應沙丘園馬場共同創辦人Owen Williams的要求，捐出10,000英鎊作為賽事獎金。
自設立以來，日蝕大賽已是英國馬壇最重要的賽事之一，歷來不少名駒都曾參加或奪冠。以1903年的賽事為例，頭三名馬匹在服役期間便合共贏得7場經典賽。
1976年起，博彩公司Coral成為日蝕大賽的贊助商，故此賽事冠名為Coral日蝕大賽（英語：）。
