普約

普約（西班牙语：Puyo）是厄瓜多爾的城鎮，也是帕斯塔薩省的首府，位於該國中部，距離首都基多237公里，始建於1889年5月12日，海拔高度924米，每年平均降雨量4,360毫米，2001年人口24,432。
