早年生活
米契出生於墨爾本，一個篤信印度教文化的家庭，父母在她兒時離異。母親是一位模型設計師，父親是一位電影製片人。她就讀於聖麥克文法學校。她的名字「朗妲」，是印度教的起源，也是印度教神祇奎師那（Krishna）的貢獻者與情人。她名字的其他部分各自來源是，「萊妮」（Rani）意指皇后、「亞南達」（Anunda）意指歡樂。她同時也是素食主義者，也會做瑜珈。
