東藍鴝（學名：）是鶇科藍鴝屬下一種生活在北美洲的小型鳥類，它是紐約州和密蘇里州的州鳥。

東藍鴝體長在16—21（6.3—8.3英寸）之間，翼展為25—32（9.8—12.6英寸），體重一般在27—34克（0.95—1.20盎司）[2]只有雄性有明顯亮藍色羽毛。[3]
