圭亚那大区议会主席
圭亚那大区委员会主席（Presidents of the Regional Council of French Guiana），是法国法国海外省和海外领地的法属圭亚那立法机关圭亚那大区委员会的政府首脑，1974年，圭亚那大区委员会主席这一职务正式的设立。
