澳門菜是澳門當地的本土特色美食，大多數起源於澳葡時代，有葡撻（葡式蛋撻）、葡國雞、馬介休球等，這些菜式大多數並非由葡國引入，而是結合了中葡飲食文化而製成的澳門特式菜式。
