窗格苔蘚蟲

窗格苔蘚蟲（學名：）是一屬已滅絕的海生苔蘚蟲，生存於中奧陶紀至三疊紀卡尼階，在石炭紀時期達到最大的多樣性。在世界各地的海洋沉積地層都有發現牠們的化石。本屬現今已有數百個物種被描述。

特徵
Fenestella

外觀為直立的網狀群體，是由以隔膜互相連接窄小而間距規則的枝所組成。微小個蟲沿著枝排列成兩排，並且孔口都朝著同一側，這些特性只有平面狀、摺疊狀或圓錐狀群體才具有。隔膜上沒有個蟲。群體同時還長有刺狀旁枝，尤其是在群體的底部，有時旁枝還長有倒刺。[1][2]

習性

窗格苔蘚蟲和其親戚一樣，從群體的同一方向的小孔中流入自發性水流，以濾食為生。[1]
