約翰·威廉（德語：，1675年3月28日—1690年11月4日），薩克森-耶拿公爵，1678年至1690年在位。
當他的的父親博恩哈德於1678年去世，年僅三歲的約翰·威廉繼位並由伯父約翰·恩斯特二世攝政。約翰·威廉於1690年早逝，薩克森-耶拿被薩克森-威瑪和薩克森-艾森納赫瓜分。
