约翰·安德鲁斯·史坦因

约翰·安德鲁斯·史坦因（Johann (Georg) Andreas Stein，1728年5月16日生于德国海德尔斯海姆 - 1792年2月29日终于德国奥斯堡），德国键盘乐器制造家，制造如管风琴、翼琴、大键琴和钢琴等[1]。

生平

史坦因是钢琴史上的核心人物，主要负责设计德国（维也纳式）击弦机制。史坦因在海德尔斯海姆跟随父亲学习到管风琴的制造手艺，在1748 年 8 月至 1749 年 1 月，他在位于斯特拉斯堡的约翰·安德鲁斯·西尔伯曼（Johann Andreas Silbermann）工场和位于雷根斯堡的弗兰茨·雅各布·斯帕斯（Frantz Jacob Spath）工场当学徒。[1]

1777年，史坦因在奥格斯堡与莫扎特相识。[2]莫扎特在10月22日公开演奏三重协奏曲时使用了史坦因的古钢琴，[3]当时的三位独奏者分别是莫扎特、大教堂管风琴师德姆勒和史坦因。[4]莫扎特在给父亲的信中高度赞扬了史坦因的钢琴。[2]

史坦因的两架翼琴仍留存至今，其中一架藏于布达佩斯国家博物馆（Budapest National Museum)，被列奥波尔德·莫扎特买下，用于旅行时练习。另一架结合了钢琴和单级管风琴的乐器存于哥德堡的历史博物馆。史坦因的钢琴是菲利普·贝尔特（Philip Belt）和保罗·麦克诺提（Paul McNulty）等当代制造家的典范。
