細距舌唇蘭（学名：）是舌唇蘭屬的一種植物，與紅門蘭屬有著一定關係。它以往是被分類在玉鳳花屬中。它分佈在歐洲及摩洛哥。其屬名是來自希臘文，意思是「闊大的鹿角」，而種小名則意指「兩塊葉子」。
