美國鋼鐵工人大罷工（Steel strike of 1919）是1919年至1920年美国鋼鐵工人舉行的一場罷工。

1919年8月，鋼鐵工會書記威廉·Z·福斯特要求美國鋼鐵公司承認工會、實行每天8小時工作制、提高工資、恢復因參與工會活動而被解僱的工人工作，但美國鋼鐵公司拒絕這些要求。9月22日，福斯特領導36萬美國鋼鐵公司鋼鐵工人在美國10個州50個城市開展大罷工，工人要求實行每天8小時工作制、每周六天工作制、提高工資、允許工人集體和資本家談判以及恢復被開除的工會領袖的工作。美國政府出動武裝力量鎮壓罷工，武裝力量打死22人，打傷數百人，逮捕數千人。1920年1月，罷工結束[3]。不過資方做出部分讓步，取消12小時工作制[4]。
