莫臥兒菜

莫臥兒菜,是印度莫臥兒帝國時代發展出的烹調風格,是受中亞風格強烈影嚮的北印度菜。莫臥兒菜主要流行於旁遮普邦克什米爾。口味从极其温和到辛辣不等,以串燒抓飯為代表性食物。
