電漿炬
热等离子体火炬类型
在高電流的直流电(DC),交流电(AC),或RF電源間使氣體通過,可產生高溫電漿炬,其火焰中心溫度可達數萬K。雖然設備簡單但是非常耗能。直流电火炬最常被使用和被研究,因为当相比于交流电火炬:“有较少的闪烁产生和噪声,更稳定的操作,更好的控制,最少两个电极,低电极消耗,略低耐火[加热]磨损和更低的电功耗。[2]”
