類澱粉蛋白[1](英語:)又稱淀粉样物质、淀粉样蛋白,簡稱類澱粉,是一種不可溶的纖維性蛋白質。在器官中不正常的堆積,會造成類澱粉沉積症()。在許多神經性疾病,如阿茲海默症、帕金森氏症中,都可以觀察到神經系統中出現大量類澱粉蛋白的累積沉澱。許多學者相信它可能導致腦部或其他器官退化或功能障礙。
