領鵂鶹
領鵂鶹[註 1]（学名：），又名鵂鶹，俗稱小貓頭鷹，为鴟鴞科鵂鶹屬的鳥類，主要分布於北緯35度以南的東亞與東南亞地區。[5]

特征
领鸺鹠体重约59.4克，翼长约92.6毫米，嘴峰长约20.5毫米，喙宽度约6.7毫米，喙厚度约10.6毫米，跗蹠长约16.7毫米，尾长约50.4毫米。领鸺鹠在其分布区内为留鸟，其栖息在密集的高大树木组成的森林中，食性为肉食性，主要食物来源是陆生脊椎动物。[6]
亚种
领鸺鹠擁有兩個亞種[7]：
- 指名亞種（Taenioptynx brodiei brodiei (Burton, 1835)）：分布于巴基斯坦、华南、西藏东南部、北印度支那和马来半岛。
- 臺灣亞種（Taenioptynx brodiei pardalotus (Swinhoe, 1863)）：臺灣特有亞種。
