黃煥奎

黃煥奎，是中國清朝官員，於1891年上任臺北府儒學教授，隸屬於臺灣省臺北府，為臺灣清治時期的地方官員，該官職主要從事南臺灣境內之教育行政部分，品等雖不高，但是地位崇高。
