黃金時段艾美獎最佳迷你劇集或電視電影（Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Miniseries or Movie），是表揚每年美國黃金時段播映的最傑出的迷你劇或電視電影而設立的獎項。

2011年ATAS將以前最佳迷你劇集（Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Miniseries）及最佳電視電影（Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Made for Television Movie）合併，設立此獎項，主要因為過去十年間迷你影集的製作大幅減少，每年有五個提名名額的最佳迷你影集獎在2000年代只有兩年完全填滿，此獎項最後兩年更每年只有兩個提名而已。[1]
