齿根放线菌
齿根放线菌(学名:Actinomyces radicidentis)是放线菌属的下属物种,呈革兰氏阳性。齿根放线菌最先从受感染的牙齿根管中分离出来。它被表征之后,就被发现存在于失败的根管治疗中。[3]它的致病性被认为是由于其形成细胞聚集的能力,通过嵌入宿主组织的细胞外基质中而聚集在一起。与其他致病性放线菌一样,过集体寻找自己的生物薄膜保护环境,可以逃避宿主防御系统的消除,包括吞噬作用。[4]
