1978年西班牙宪法公投是西班牙于1978年12月6日对是否实施西班牙新宪法的一次公民投票，结果以压倒性多数得到支持，支持率达91.8%，[1]投票参与人数达67.1%。

目的

新宪法为了替换弗朗西斯科·佛朗哥时期的一系列法律。通过废除西班牙国王的一些权力使西班牙的政体转变为君主立宪制。[2]
