2021年吉布提總統選舉於2021年4月9日（星期五）舉行。[1]1999年上台的時任總統伊斯梅尔·奥马尔·盖莱在首輪投票以超過97%的得票率成功連任。主要反對派杯葛了本次選舉。[2]
