2022–23年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽B是2022–23年中北美洲及加勒比海國家聯賽中第二級別賽事，是這項由 41 個中北美洲及加勒比海足球協會成員國男子國家隊角逐的國際足球賽事第二個球季。[1] 在2022年6月2日至2023年3月28日期間舉行。[2]

國家聯賽B前四位球隊會晉身2023年美洲金盃賽事，而接下來最好的四支球隊會進入2023年美洲金盃外圍賽。
賽制
聯賽B一共有十六支球隊，他們被分成四個小組，每組有四隊，球隊會以主客雙循環形式進行比賽，於2022年6月及2023年3月的國際足協賽期中進行。四支小組首名球隊會升班到聯賽A，並且可以晉身國家聯賽決賽周。小組次名球隊會進入2023年美洲金盃外圍賽。由於賽制改變，沒有球隊需要降班。[3]

聯賽階段抽籤儀式在2022年4月4日北美東部時區 19:00，於美國邁亞密舉行。球隊會按國際足協世界排名來進行種子排名。[4][5]

- Barbados played their home matches against Antigua and Barbuda and Guadeloupe at the Daren Sammy Cricket Ground, Gros Islet (Saint Lucia) due to health restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic in Barbados.[12]
- The Antigua and Barbuda v Barbados and Cuba v Guadeloupe matches, originally scheduled at 15:00 EDT (UTC−4),[10] were re-scheduled to 16:00 EDT.[13]
- Montserrat played their home matches against Guyana and Bermuda at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) due to their regular Blakes Estate Stadium not meeting CONCACAF requirements.[14]
- Haiti played their home matches against Montserrat and Guyana at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) due to security reasons.[14]
- The Bermuda v Montserrat match, scheduled for 14 June 2022, was cancelled due to Montserrat deciding to withdraw from the match.[15][16] The match was later awarded to Bermuda as a 3–0 win.[17]
- Referee Benjamin Whitty from 開曼群島, who was originally assigned to the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines v Nicaragua match,[18][19] was replaced by Ken Pennyfeather from Antigua and Barbuda.[20]
- The French Guiana v Guatemala match, originally scheduled for 2 June 2022, 15:00 EDT (UTC−4) at Stade Municipal Dr. Edmard Lama, Remire-Montjoly,[21] was first re-scheduled to 17:00 EDT[22][23] and later to 18:00 EDT at Stade Georges-Chaumet, Cayenne due to adverse weather conditions that affected the Stade Municipal Dr. Edmard Lama's field.[24][25]
- The French Guiana v Belize match, originally scheduled for 14 June 2022, 15:00 EDT (UTC−4) at Stade Municipal Dr. Edmard Lama, Remire-Montjoly,[21] was re-scheduled to 18:00 EDT at Stade Georges-Chaumet, Cayenne.[26]
