Łęgowo [wɛnˈɡɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kisielice, within Iława County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Kisielice, 17 km (11 mi) west of Iława, and 80 km (50 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
History
The village was first settled by Polish people, and its name is of Polish origin.[2] It was devastated during the Thirteen Years' War (1454–1466).[2]
